Create milestones for the overall goal. Trying to tackle your goal as a whole can be overwhelming. So, to further your progress, break down your goals into achievable milestones. Therefore, when you conquer that benchmark, you become even more motivated to keep going. Before you know it, you will have achieved your goals!

Conducting an analysis is plays a crucial role when striving to achieve a goal. To stay focused and motivated, you should assess your progress through a daily analysis. How will you know how well you are doing or how close you are to achieving your goals if you don’t analyze your progress? By using a spreadsheet, your phone, laptop or journal, you can keep track with your goals. In doing so, you can assess what tasks you need to do and what you need to discontinue.
